CHARITABLE STATUS AND DISCLAIMERS
FDT is a charitable organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All funds collected by FDT are tax deductible, but donors understand and agree that whether the funds they choose to donate are specifically earmarked for a particular honoree or are for general support of FDT, a percentage of those funds will be used to maintain the commendations and memorials and to support the general operations of the organization.
